I can't believe my graphic design instructor went out of her way to get it for me from my type 2 instructor! That was really nice of her... and I don't feel like she does many favors for people too often.
I'm just so happy right now cause I worked so hard on it. My next step with it is to find a more interesting packaging shape before I decide to include it in my portfolio. I loved this project.
Lately I've been participating in crits more. My classmates have such cool projects that I really want to see the final result. Sometimes a second opinion can help you reach that final product. I think because my graphic design class is so small, I feel less intimidated to speak up. I hope that once I present my product, I'll get some helpful feedback too.
For my project, I'm done with the label for the most part and I'm trying to move on to the bottle itself. I'm thinking about putting something around the neck with a recipe I found from the website. But I'm not quite sure yet...
I'm still trying to decide on a stopper...
I ordered the bottles yesterday so hopefully they will be here by next week. Then I can really work on it!
